Today we own and manage approximately six million square feet of premier office space in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, one of the world’s largest and most vibrant office districts. Through six regional U.S. development offices we have approximately 14 million square feet of new projects in planning or under construction in multiple asset types, including multifamily, industrial, office, and data centers. The company is part of the Mitsubishi Estate Group of companies, one of the world’s largest real estate investment, development and services groups.
